We don’t hand you a dry structure and a folder of paperwork and wish you luck — we stay involved through the rebuild to make sure the scope is completed correctly, the insurance documentation supports the repair claim, and the property is actually returned to pre-loss condition.

Step 3 — Repair Coordination
Qualified contractors scheduled. Work coordinated to match original materials and finishes where possible.
Step 4 — Interior Restoration
Drywall, insulation, flooring, paint, trim, and finishes restored to pre-loss condition.
Step 5 — Quality Review
Completed work reviewed against scope. Any deficiencies identified and addressed before close-out.
Step 6 — Project Close-Out
Final documentation compiled. Property returned to pre-loss condition and confirmed complete.
